FOR SEVERE ALLERGIES 

INJ. CORT S 100 MG VIAL with 100ml powder and 2ml sterile water

(HYDROCORTISONE SODIUM SUCCINATE INJECTION )

This medication is used to treat various conditions such as arthritis, severe allergies, blood diseases, breathing problems, certain cancers, eye diseases, intestinal disorders, and skin diseases.

Preparation of solutions: For intravenous or intramuscular injection prepare the solution aseptically by adding not more than 2 ml of sterile water for injections to the contents of one vial of Hydrocortisone 100 mg, shake and withdraw for use.

For intravenous infusion, first prepare the solution by adding not more than 2 ml of sterile water for injections to the vial; this solution may then be added to 100 ml -1000 ml (but not less than 100 ml) of 5% dextrose in water (or isotonic saline solution or 5% dextrose in isotonic saline solution if patient is not on sodium restriction).

When reconstituted as directed the pH of the solution will range from 7.0 to 8.0 and the appearance of the solution is clear and colourless to almost colourless.

Calcium gluconate is the calcium salt of gluconic acid, an intravenous medication used to treat conditions arising from calcium deficiencies such as hypocalcemic tetany, hypocalcemia related to hypoparathyrodism, and hypocalcemia due to rapid growth or pregnancy.

This medication is used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who do not get enough calcium from their diets. It may be used to treat conditions caused by low calcium levels , weak bones (osteomalacia/rickets), decreased activity of the parathyroid gland (hypoparathyroidism), and a certain muscle disease (latent tetany). It may also be used in certain patients to make sure they are getting enough calcium (such as women who are pregnant, nursing, or postmenopausal, people taking certain medications such as phenytoin, phenobarbital, or prednisone).Calcium plays a very important role in the body. It is necessary for normal functioning of nerves, cells, muscle, and bone. If there is not enough calcium in the blood, then the body will take calcium from bones, thereby weakening bones. Having the right amount of calcium is important for building and keeping strong bones

Dotamin 250mg Injection is a medicine used forshort-term treatment of cardiac decompensation (low blood pressure due to poorly functioning heart) due to disease like heart failure, cardiogenic shock, or heart attack.

 It increases the blood pressure by increasing the pumping capacity of the heart.


 INJECTION NORAD 2ML

belongs to a class of medications called antihypotensives primarily used to treat hypotensive (low blood pressure) emergencies.

 Hypotension is a condition in which the blood flows through the blood vessels at lower than normal pressures.

Uses of Norad 4 Injection

Hypotension

This medicine is used to restore the blood pressure in low blood pressure states often associated with certain medical conditions or surgical procedures.

Cardiac arrest

This medicine is used as an adjunct in the treatment of heart attack (cardiac arrest).

Sepsis or Septic shock

This medicine is used to raise the mean arterial blood pressure in patients during sepsis or septic shock

is primarily indicated in preventing attacks of angina (chest pain) and treatment of angina due to coronary artery disease. Angina occurs when the heart does not get a sufficient amount of oxygen.

Description

Nitroplus 50 MG Injection is used to manage angina attacks (sudden pains in your chest). It is used after a heart attack (blocked blood flow to your heart), where the pain is not relieved by oral medicines. Nitroplus 50 MG Injection is also used to control blood pressure and to enhance blood flow to your heart during and after heart surgery. This medicine relaxes your blood vessels and helps more blood and oxygen to reach your heart. Nitroplus 50 MG Injection shows side effects like headache, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, weakness, etc. Inform your doctor if these side effects persist for a long time or worsen. Nitroplus 50 MG Injection is given in a hospital under the supervision of a healthcare professional. It is given as an intravenous (into a vein) injection. Your blood pressure will be carefully monitored when this medication is being given. Nitroplus 50 MG Injection may possibly interact with other medicines. Inform your doctor about any other health issues you have or if you are undergoing any medical treatment before receiving this injection. Consult your doctor before taking this medicine if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding.


INJ.AMIODORANE 
Irregular heartbeats
This medication is used to treat certain types of serious (possibly fatal) irregular heartbeat (such as persistent ventricular fibrillation/tachycardia). It is used to restore normal heart rhythm and maintain a regular, steady heartbeat. Amiodarone is known as an anti-arrhythmic drug.
